Most of us give thought to the idea of going to church.
We prioritize church attendance. We show up. We bring our families. It’s what we do.
But how many of us prioritize the worship experience? How many of us prepare our hearts to encounter God with the gathered church?
We need to move beyond religious observance to willing passion.
Don’t let anyone tell you you’re not qualified.
You can do whatever you want.
Don’t wait till you have your doctorate or you’ve got 15 years of experience under your belt. Do the impossible today. Go for it.
But there is something you do need. Without this you will fail. To ignore it will lead to your eventual demise.
Let’s face the facts. Wake up to reality.
Sometimes Sunday comes and the last thing you want to do is lead worship.
You feel depressed. You’re annoyed with how things have been going. The stress level is high. Or you’re just feeling lazy, right?
You’d rather stay home and watch LOST reruns for a week. Or a month. Or take a sabbatical for a while.

Because Blaine just released a book that you need to pick up. It’s one of the best books on creativity that I’ve ever read.
