I am a youth group worship leader out of Richmond Va, I am interested in what these workshops include and what they are about. I want to put alot more discipleship and enphasis into what my worship team is learning spirtually, and with their craft. The last leader of this team focused alot on trying to impliment certain things for discipleship but never stood on top of them and they where consistently week to week new ideas and failures. I want to desstroy that preset thought that I will try and do the same thing and not be on top of the team God has entrusted me with. I have been reading a bit of your blog and would be interested on any personal advice and prayer for our team and ministry and me. God has something amazing planned for us but I feel that some are not as openminded as what I believe the spirit can do through worship and through our team.
