It’s what cripples us from creating art and initiating change that matters.
Can’t we all just get along?
Is it possible for a young worship leader to connect with someone twice or three times their age?
Is the older generation immature for not worshiping? Is the younger generation immature for not caring?
I’m convinced we should do all it takes to see the generations stand together in worship.
I’m always surprised when I talk to worship leaders who hate to read.
One of the most important things we can do as leaders is to feast our minds upon the glory of God. It’s what fuels the ministry of a worship leader.

As I’m sure you’ve noticed, I love blogging.
I love being able to spread ideas, make a difference, and connect with amazing people.
I’ve been unofficially coached by a number of great people. People like John, Jeff, Michael, Chris, & Seth.
But I’ve got to say, the funniest of them all is Bryan Allain. I owe so much of who I am as a blogger to Bryan. These videos alone simultaneously revolutionized my life and ended world hunger (one truth and a lie).
I’m here to announce that Bryan has a new book: 31 Days to Finding Your Blogging Mojo. It is utterly fantastic and, quite honestly, one of the best books you could buy as a blogger. There’s something here for everyone (except for your Grandma. She might not like it).
This is seriously the book I wish I had when I first started blogging. I didn’t know blogging books existed and this would have saved me a couple years of mistakes. I’m sure of it.
If you are a leader, I’m sure you’re well acquainted the “p” word.
If you’re a worship leader, you’ve probably sung “Blessed Be Your Name”, “Healer”, and “You Never Let Go” a few times.
But it goes deeper. The more you’re involved in ministry, the more you realize a sobering fact.
People are hurting.
People are confused.
People are experiencing tremendous pain.
And they are looking to YOU for help.
